Mary Mae Zirkelbach, 76, of Ridgway, Illinois passed away at her sons residence in Marion on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. She was born on September 23, 1946 in Ridgway, the daughter of the late William Elmer and Charlotte Elizabeth (Perry) Kimbro. Mary was a Certified Public Account for the Nemont Gold Company in Nevada and then a cook on a towboat for fifteen years. She was a member of the St. Kateri Catholic Church in Ridgway. Mary is survived by two sons, Aaron and Kendra Zirkelbach of Marion, Jerome Zirkelbach of Spring Creek, Nevada; her daughter, Jeanette Cox of Prattville, Alabama; her brother, Bud and Sue Kimbro of Ridgway. She is also survived by several grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Jerri Macannaly and Ester Johnson; four brothers, Jackie Kimbro, Jim Kimbro, Donnie Kimbro, and Charles Frailey. There will be a visitation for Mary on Monday, October 24th from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Ridgway. Graveside service will begin at 11 a.m. at the Crawford Campground Cemetery near Ridgway with Father Vincent Mukasa officiating. In lieu of flowers donations in Mary’s memory may be made to the Crawford Campground Cemetery.
