Faye B. (Boan) Vickery

Mrs. Faye B. Vickery entered into rest Monday September 27, 2021.  Mrs. Vickery was born in Hartsville, S.C. to the late Robert A. Boan, and Myrtle Malpass. As a member of Mid-Valley Baptist Church, she was very dedicated to her church family, and enjoyed singing during special events. She loved talking and interacting with people, and would always look for the positives in people. She was very family oriented, and had a special place in her heart for her great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald A. Vickery; her parents; two brothers, and 6 sisters.  She is survived by her son, Jeffrey L. (Laurie) Vickery; daughter, Donna (Roy) Yarbrough; sister, Carolyn Saulisbury; grandchildren, Sarah (Joey) Schwenz, Laura (Jonathan) Hughes, and Kayla (Nate) Pemberton; and great grandchildren, Brooklynn Schwenz, David Hughes, Matthew Hughes, Kaiden Hughes, Laila Pemberton, and Isabella Pemberton.  The family will receive friends from 2 P.M. to 3 P.M. at Mid-Valley Baptist Church on Saturday October 2, 2021. A Funeral Service, celebrating her life will follow at 3 P.M. with Pastor Stan Adams to officiate, and the burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.  Napier Funeral Home, Inc. 315 Main St. Graniteville, SC 29829, has been entrusted with these arrangements.
