William Paul Grace

William Paul "Bill" Grace, 69, of Shawneetown, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, 5:30 a.m. at the Ridgway Manor Nursing Home in Ridgway. He was born on April 1, 1941 in Shawneetown to Clyde Alvin and Ruby Mae (Awalt) Grace. Bill was a cab driver in Carbondale for twenty-seven years. He is survived by two sisters; Amy and Paul Ellis of Shawneetown, Sue and Mel Thomas of Taylorville; and two brothers, Richard Grace of Shawneetown and Bobbie Grace of San Marcos, Cal. He was preceded in death by parents; three sisters, Myrna Lindsay, Opal Morrison and Jean Bankert; three brothers, Clyde, Howard and Sam Grace. Visitation for Bill will be on Thursday, April 8, 2010 from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Shawneetown.
