William I. Frailey

William I. “Bill” Frailey, 74, of Harrisburg formerly of Ridgway, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2017, at the Saline Care Nursing Rehab Center in Harrisburg.  Bill was born on October 11, 1942 in Cave-In-Rock, the son of Robert William and Lola Bernice (McDowell) Frailey.  He was a member the Christian Church in Cave-In-Rock.  Bill is survived by step-son Robert “Robby” Mills of Harco; two brothers, George and Bobby G. Frailey, both of California.  He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Robert Frailey Jr.  There will be a private burial for Bill at the Cave Hill Cemetery in Cave-In-Rock.
