Susan A. Slyder Md

Susan A. Slyder M.D, 63, of Carrier Mills, Ill., passed away at her home on Wednesday, January 23, 2019.  She was born on November 6, 1955 in Akron, Ohio the daughter of the late William and Linda Slyder.  Susan married David Seth English on November 6, 1982.  David preceded her in death on March 25, 2018.  She was a retired Psychiatrist at the Choate Mental Health in Anna, Ill.  There will be a private family service at a later date.  Vickery Funeral Chapel in Equality in charge of arrangements.
