Roger Clark Dziepak, 68, of Equality, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2016, 12:25 a.m., at the Eldorado Rehab and Healthcare in Eldorado. He was born on October 20, 1947 in Hammond, Ind., the son of the late Alex J. and Freddia Mae (Clark) Dziepak. Roger is survived by his son, Roger Clark Dziepak II of Fernandina Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Nancy and Ronald Colbert of Equality, Christie and Charles Gutherie of Chesterton, Ind.; one brother, Terry and Mary Dziepak of Crown Point, Ind. There will be no services.
