Robert F. Steinbrook

Robert F. Steinbrook, 90, resident of Omaha passed away Wednesday October 12, 2016 at his residence. Bob was born November 14, 1925 in Eldorado to the late Roy S. and Eva Jane (Hall) Steinbrook.  Bob proudly served his country during WWII in the US Navy.  He married the former Judith J. Pinnell on February 6, 1944, who survives.  Bob was a long time educator and owned the Eldorado Locker.  He was a member of New Hope General Baptist Church in Ridgway.  Bob is survived by his wife of 72 years; Judy Steinbrook, a daughter; Connie (Don) Brockett of Omaha, three grandchildren; Ben (Kelly) Brockett, Katie (Matt) Seely, Beth (Kevin) Bowen and ten great grandchildren; Emma Brockett, Reece Brockett, Max Brockett, Cybil Brockett, Brock Seely, Blake Seely, Carter Seely, Madelyn Bowen, Cooper Bowen and Tucker Bowen.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Roy Steinbrook and a sister; Billie Louise Howard. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Friday, October 14, 2016 at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Ridgway with Rev. Roger Hobbs officiating.  Burial will be in Lindale Cemetery in Eldorado.  Visitation is Friday 11:00 am to service time at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to New Hope church and will be accepted at the funeral home.
