Robert Michael Blackard, 62, of San Luis Obispo, Cal., formerly of Omaha, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2010, 3:58 a.m. at his residence. He was born on June 30, 1947 in Omaha to Robert Mackland and Mary Elizabeth (Johnson) Blackard, who have preceded him in death. A memorial graveside service was held Monday, July 5, 2010 at 10 a.m. at the Palestine Two Cemetery near Omaha. Vickery Funeral Chapel in Omaha in charge of local arrangements.
