Phyllis J. Joiner, 62, of Shawneetown passed away on Friday, April 22, 2011, 2:35 p.m., at Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado. Visitation for Phyllis will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2011 from 12 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Shawneetown. There will be a graveside service at Westwood Cemetery at 1 p.m. with Rev. Randy Vaughn officiating.
