Perry Edward Kingston, 77, of Steger, Ill., formerly of Equality, passed away at the home of his daughter in Orland Park on Monday, April 4, 2016, 8:07 a.m. He was born on April 14, 1938 in Equality, the son of Frank and Isabel (Certain) Kingston. Perry was married to Lona Marie Gatlin who passed on April 20, 2010. He retired form the Ford Motor Company after forty three years and was a Navy veteran. Perry is survived by his son, Wesley Kingston of Equality; two daughters, Trina and Mike Sieling of Orland Park, Shari Boucher of Trenton, Tenn.; daughter in law, Merry Barber of Steger; three grandchildren, Carly Rae Sieling, Angelo Sieling, and Jason Barber. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; two daughters, Pennie Kingston and infant, Tina Kingston; one brother, Larry Kingston; one son, Ricky Barber. There will be a graveside service for Perry on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Toby Hise officiating. Those attending should go directly to the Elmwood cemetery near Equality. Vickery Funeral Chapel in Equality in charge of arrangements.
