Pauline (Brinkley) Tarlton

Pauline Tarlton, 92, of Equality, passed away on Tuesday, July 11, 2017, 2:45 a.m. at the Eldorado Rehab and Healthcare in Eldorado.  She was born in Equality on the 27th of November, 1924, the daughter of the late Ben and Alma (Evans) Brinkley.  Pauline married Hubert Tarlton, who passed away on August 28, 1988.  She was a member of the Bethal Baptist Church in Herod.  Pauline is survived by her two sons, Stanley Dean and Susie Tarlton of Eldorado; Steven Lee and Liz Tarlton of Equality; and one daughter, Shelby Jean Watters of Springfield; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.  Pauline was preceded in death by one daughter, Sharon June Tarlton and three sisters, Irene Brooks, Ala Miles, and Imogene Tarlton.  Visitation for Pauline will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Equality.  The Rev. Jason Sork will be officiating with burial at Colbert Cemetery near Herod.
