Mary Ethel (Sales) Mulvey

Mary Ethel Mulvey, 86, of Shawneetown, passed away on February 19, 2015, 3:41 p.m., at the Fountain View Nursing Home in Eldorado.  She was born on December 10, 1928 in Shawneetown, the daughter of Notley Morgan and Clara Olive (Burkes) Sales.  Mary was a member of the Shawneetown Church of God.  She is survived by her daughter, Linda K. Johnson of Harrisburg.  Mary was preceded in death by her parents; four children, Brenda L. Mann, Kenneth Johnson Jr., Morgan O. Johnson, and Phyllis J. Joiner; one sister, Thelma Holland; two brothers, Thomas Sales Sr. and Charles McRoy.  There will be a private family service with burial in Westwood Cemetery near Shawneetown.  Vickery Funeral Chapel of Shawneetown in charge of funeral arrangements.
