Margaret Joanne (Moore) Cameron

Margaret Joanne Moore Cameron, 81, of Cobden, Ill., formerly of Equality, passed away on Sunday February 26, 2017., 10:32 a.m., at the Union County Hospital in Anna.  Joanne was born on January 31, 1936 in Harrisburg, the daughter of Russell and Doris (Turner) Moore.  She was a member of the St. Kateri Catholic Church.  Joanne is survived by three children, Cathy, Angela, and Rusty; one sister, Janet and Kenneth Johnson of Junction; two brothers, Michael and Mary Ann Moore of Newburgh, Ind., Gregory Moore of Valparaiso, Ind.  A Memorial Mass for Joanne will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Equality with Msgr. Joseph Lawler officiating.  Burial will be at the St. Joseph Cemetery near Equality.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. Joseph Cemetery - Equality.  Vickery Funeral Chapel in Equality in charge of services.
