Judith Ann (Pearcy) Maloney

December 22, 1952 — May 6, 2015

Judith Ann “Judy” Maloney, 62, of Harrisburg, went to be with the Lord peacefully surrounded by her loving family at her home on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, 6:10 a.m.  She was born on the 22nd day of December in 1952 in Harrisburg, the daughter of the late Richard Pearcy and Barbara (Newton) Pearcy Butler.  She was a church member of the Equality Christian Center and worked at the Ridgway Manor Nursing Home Activity Director for several years and at the Helia Healthcare of Benton until retirement in 2012.  Judy is survived by her son, Miles Maloney of Equality; two sisters, Nancy and Steve Hise of Harrisburg, Patty Davis of Harrisburg; and three step grandchildren.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.   Visitation for Judy will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2015 from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. at the Equality Christian Center in Equality.  Rev. Ted Boulds will be officiating with burial at Salem Cemetery near Carrier Mills.  Vickery Funeral Chapel of Equality will be in charge of the funeral arrangements.  In lieu of flowers donations may be to offset funeral expenses, memorial envelopes will be provided at the church.
