Born on March 8, 1961, Janet illuminated each day with her unwavering spirit and a passion for service that defined her career in customer service.
Her joy for reading opened infinite worlds to her, allowing her imagination to flourish, while her affinity for computers showcased her curiosity and adaptability in an ever-evolving digital age. Janet was not just a professional; she was a beacon of kindness, always willing to lend an ear or share a smile with those around her.
Her legacy lives through her beloved children: her son, Donald James Kennedy Crosser II, and her daughters, Elizabeth Hannah Mary Crosser, Gwendolyn Kay Sumner Crosser, and Savannah “Esper” Lee Connelly Crosser. Each of them carries a piece of her heart, embodying the love, compassion, and steadfastness that she imparted throughout their lives. Janet was preceded in death by a son Terry Hoeppner, her brothers: Jerry and Douglas Hoeppner Jr., her mother, Patricia Connelly and her father Douglas Hoeppner Sr. Janet is survived by several aunts, uncles and one niece.
