Franklin Leroy "Frank" Hall

Franklin Leroy “Frank” Hall, 54, of Shawneetown, Ill., passed way after a brief illness, on Monday, August 20, 2018, at the Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind.  He was born on July 4, 1964 in the northern Illinois town of Streator.  Frank was the son of Ivan James and Kathryn Lucille (McCollum) Hall.   He worked full time at Scates Farms since 1983.  When he wasn’t in the field he was hunting or fishing.  Frank was a kind gentle hard working man who loved his children and grandchildren.  He is survived by his mother Kathryn Lucille Hall of Shawneetown; son, Patrick John Hall of Shawneetown; daughter, Paige Pickard and David Holloway of Shawneetown; son, David and Alison Pickard of Shawneetown; two sisters, Anita Kay and Blaine Haight of Bakersfield, Calif., Iva Jane Cavins of Shawneetown; two granddaughters, Lillith Ann Pickard and Tynsleigh Lynnelle Holloway; nephews, Jared and Dane Haight; niece, Amber and Philipp Hickerson; great niece and nephew, Kendrix McKay and Memphis Onyxander.  Frank was preceded in death by his father, Ivan James Hall; one brother, Timothy Hall and one nephew, Ryan Hall.  Visitation for Frank will be held on Wednesday, August 22nd from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Shawneetown.  Funeral service will be at the funeral home on Thursday, August 23rd at 10 a.m. Burial will be at the Westwood Cemetery near Shawneetown.
