Cynthia Elizabeth (Berlin) Heine

Cynthia Elizabeth Berlin Heine, age 65, of Pleasant View, Tenn., formerly of Shawneetown, Ill.,  died Saturday, November 25, 2017 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.  A memorial service will be conducted at 6 p.m., Friday, December 1st, at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View with Bro. Mark Stone officiating.  The family will receive friends on Friday, December 1st, beginning at 4 p.m. until the hour of service at 6 p.m.    Cynthia was born February 7, 1952 in Shawneetown, the daughter of the late Jacob and Eula Mae Head Berlin. She was a retired customer service representative in the banking and insurance industries, and was a member of the Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Shawneetown.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Gene Berlin; and sister, Joyce Berlin.  Survivors include a daughter, Shawn Heine (Leonard Porter) of Pleasant View; sons, Jon (Angela) Heine, and Tobias (Deanna) Heine, both of Ashland City, Tenn. and James Heine of Pleasant View, Tenn.; brothers, George (Laverta) Berlin, Carol (Linda) Berlin, Jeff (Vanessa) Berlin, and John (Ruby) Berlin, all of Shawneetown; sisters, Belinda Berlin of Shawneetown, and Jean Ann (Gary) Smith of Harrisburg; grandchildren, Mason Nicholson, Dylan & Abby Heine, Alex & Madison Heine, Aidan & Chaun Heine, and Aaron Justice.  AUSTIN & BELL FUNERAL HOME in PLEASANT VIEW assisted the family with these arrangements.
