Carroll Spencer Hall

Carroll Spencer Hall , 64, of Junction, Ill., passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2012, 1:00 a.m., at the Saline Care Center in Harrisburg. He was born on August 30, 1947 in Harrisburg, the son of William Edward and Wilma Ruth (Logan) Hall. Carroll worked at the Old Shawneetown Park as Park manager for the State of Illinois Park Service until his retirement. He was a member of Equality Church of God and a member of the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International. Carroll is survived by sister-in-law, Mary Louise Hall of Crossville, Tenn.; two nieces, Teresa Hall of Loyal, Wis., and Barbara Hall of Romeoville; a great niece and her son, Nicole and Jonathan Jenkins of Loogootee, Ind.; two cousins, Betty and Don Dilback, Marjorie and Don Fulkerson, both of Galatia. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Gerald Dwain "Jerry" Hall. Visitation for Carroll will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2012 from 2 p.m. until service time at 3 p.m. at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Shawneetown. Rev.
