Bonnie (Vinyard) Sutton

Bonita Mae “Bonnie” Vinyard Sutton, 93 of Karbers Ridge, Illinois, passed away on Tuesday, June 15th, 2021 in Harrisburg.  Bonnie was born on October 30, 1927 to Clifford and Isophine Vinyard in Granite City. She married her husband Albert “Peck” Sutton Jr. on December 28, 1945.  Peck preceded Bonnie in death in September of 1985.  She was a member of the Herod Springs Baptist Church.  Bonnie is survived by her three children: daughters, Teddi Sue (Bob) Redlark of North Judson, Indiana. Bonnie Lee (Tim) Nolen of Griffith, Indiana and son, Clifford Peck (Linda) Sutton of Harrisburg.  Six grandchildren: Rob (Kitty) Redlark, Michael (Wendy) Redlark, Melissa (Dave) Ochman, Lauren Nolen, Courtney Sutton and Tyler Sutton. Seven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.  Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Peck Sutton;  her sister Janice Jordan and son-in-law, Tim Nolen.  A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 25th at the Herod Springs Baptist Church in Herod from 3 to 6 p.m.   Vickery Funeral Chapel in Equality in charge of arrangements.
