heartfelt condolences for the passing of our Uncle Sam, he was a wonderful man and will truly be missed by all! Its not often in life you meet someone as kind and thoughtful as him. I thank the good Lord and Betty for allowing our family to share the time spent with them over the years. I know he’ll always be watching over us and will stay in our hearts forever.

Gods Speed Uncle Sam, we love you!!

We can not express our deepest sadness at Sammie’s passing. My best advocate for genealogy. Our friend, cousin and story teller. My trailblazer in genealogy. You will be missed, but never forgotten. Thank you Sammie so much and please tell my Dad I love and miss him.

Sam meant the world to me and our family. We were only 2nd cousins, but much more closer than that. A visit to Sam & Betty's house is one of the highlights of our year. It is difficult to imagine the world without him and the world seems just a bit emptier now that he is gone. He was the kindest man and we will miss him terribly. I know someday we will meet again..

Sammy and Betty were my next door neighbors for ten years in Stuart Florida. We always new when it was going to rain, because he pulled his car out of the carport for free wash.  You didn't need a computer with Sammy, He was a very smart man. If you needed something if Sam could help he was right there no questions asked.  It seems like Sam's passing is and end of and "era".   Sleep warm until we meet again.
