I was sorry to hear about Bill's passing. I am so glad that he got to come to the Haney/Stone Reunion 2017. It was obvious that Bill was not doing well. However, he did seem to enjoy himself.

I have so many memories of Bill from when we were kids. He spent a lot of time staying with us during the summer. Some of the memories include smoking the bee tree, blackberry picking, digging the cave, the animal funerals that we would have, and making tunnels in the hay in the hay loft. These are just a few of the wonderful memories.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. May God give you comfort and peace.

Linda C. Reed, Cousin
Youngest Daughter of Mary Porter, Della Mae's Sister.
